5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30× the bonus amount in real-money bets placed on eligible games.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

A Player is eligible to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits may be eligible for reload bonuses as and when such promotions are made available. Players who have self-excluded or are under a deposit limit that prevents the qualifying deposit amount are not eligible to claim bonuses during the restriction period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ckg777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably suspects a Player of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk, mathematically near-certain bets to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other players; or otherwise circumventing the spirit and intent of a promotion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any wagering requirement attached to them expire within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically from the account balance.

5.5 Right to Modify or Cancel

ckg777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not adversely affect a Player who has already validly claimed the promotion and is in the process of fulfilling its requirements.

All Players are expected to use the ckg777 platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

In any event, ckg777's total aggregate liability to a Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player into their ckg777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ckg777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between ckg777 and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
